Yes, all appointments require a 50% non refundable booking fee, please refer to Terms & Conditions for more information. This is to secure the date and will be taken off final remaining balance. All appointments aside from bridal are required to be paid in full on due date given. Failure to do so will cancel your appointment.

All appointments include a beautiful full application of incredibly high end, tried and tested makeup. We tailor the appointment to suit your skin needs, the environment you will be in & most importantly your desired look. All clients receive complimentary lashes and a touch up kit for you to take with you.

Trials are always recommended & offered, please see the booking form for available dates & time. Bridal trials are allocated up to 1.5 hours, please contact Nat Black if you require a bridal trial. Trials are a great way for you to see how the makeup lasts, discuss any questions or concerns and really delve into your skin type, favourite makeup looks / styles etc.

Deposits are required to be paid via PayPal, remaining balances can be paid in cash on the day, direct deposit 24 hours prior to appointment or via Eftpos on day of appointment. Please note there is a surcharge for Eftpos payments.

Please ensure you have a clean, makeup free face. Sometimes this isn't always possible - we can remove in studio so don't stress if you can't. It's always nice to have some pictures of the clothing and your makeup ideas sent prior as well, this helps us really hone in on what you are wanting from your appointment!
